How to prepare for customization:

Wear the bite in the upper arch of the mouth.

By placing it on the teeth, suck in order to eliminate the air present between the prosthesis and the gums, making it adhere to the entire surface.

Repeat this twice before moving on to the next step

In a container with sufficient height to allow the bite to be completely immersed, heat the water to 80 ° C (176 ° F).

Immerse the bite, up to the edge of the grip appendix, in the heated water for about 5-7 seconds (be careful not to burn your fingers).

Do not overdo the immersion time as the bite may become too soft
  1.  Quickly insert it in the mouth using the procedure described in point 1.
  2. Bite hard and exert a firm external pressure with your fingers to give shape by adhering the bite as much as possible to the teeth making it thinner until it hardens.

NOTE: If a satisfactory shape has not been obtained, it is possible to repeat the operation starting from phase 2.

Remove the bite after forming and rinse with water.

Trim the excess parts up to the teeth / gums profile making sure that putting it on does not bother the gums
